Lili’s Gourmix ships around the U.S. and internationally. Read on to learn about how and when you’ll get your gourmet mixes, and what to do if you need to return or exchange them.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

*Shipments and deliveries only occur on business days. If we experience high order volume resulting in a shipping delay, customers will receive an email update.

Delivery date will be estimated at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges on an order are calculated and displayed during checkout.

For destinations within the contiguous U.S., orders totaling $55 or more (before tax)  Multiple shipping addresses count separately. For other destinations (including international), shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Lili’s Gourmix by Nuts Nuts Group Inc. is not responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes applied to your order upon delivery to your location. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

If you have one of these addresses, add a bag to your cart for your friend and ask to use their address!

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

After checkout is complete, an order confirmation is sent by email.

When the order ships, an email is sent with the tracking number.

 

DAMAGES

Lili’s Gourmix, Nuts Nuts Group Inc. is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim; we may request photos or videos.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to 220 countries outside of the U.S. with DHL Express Worldwide for the best service and rates.

Shipping from door-to-door is estimated by DHL to take 2-5 business days.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by country. All prices include express DHL shipping + duty. So, the total cost reflected in the cart is for door-to-door delivery with duty paid and handled by Lili’s Gourmix, Nuts Nuts Group Inc.

This means the total cost of shipping and duty associated with your order is included at checkout. There is nothing else for you to pay after your order is processed.

DHL Express does not provide shipping to Russia. Please refer to our shipping calculator for availability and rates in your country/area.

RETURN POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return a product within 30 days of receipt if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds for all transactions will be issued as store credit. If 30 days have passed since the product was delivered, customers are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Only partial store credit is granted if either or both of the following are applicable:

  • Any product is shipped back to us not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and/or
  • Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

FINAL-SALE PRODUCTS

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Products marked as "on Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please read Final Sale product descriptions carefully. Final Sale products mailed back to us will not be credited back to your account, so please take care in ordering.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Food items are perishable and therefore not generally eligible for returns. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to address the issue. After reviewing your case, we may issue you store credit or an exchange.

Please make sure your item is within our 30-Day Return Policy period.

To complete your refund for exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not discard the shipping packaging, product, or the product’s reusable bag; we might ask for a picture or video to show them to us. We might also ask you to return the products in the same reusable bag and shipping packaging.

 

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

The return label must be paid by the customer unless otherwise advised after the case is reviewed.

Place all product items in their original packaging and into a secure box or envelope mailer. Then, send it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item since it depends wholly on the carrier.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email.

 

WHEN WILL MY STORE CREDIT BE ISSUED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then either your refund will be processed or your store credit will be issued by us within the following 3 to 7 business days. Please check with your bank to know additional processing times for transactions refunds. Note that additional processing times might apply according to each bank or Payment institution policies and we are not responsible for these additional times.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item from you, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will need to give you the store credit.
